Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • Inspection and Approval: We'll inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
  • Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method which takes up to 7 days.

Shipping

  • Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Lost/Damaged: Consider using a trackable service or purchasing insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your item.

Exchanges

  • Items: We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and some health/personal care items are also non-returnable.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
